Refund policy
Overview
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer a full refund on eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return window
Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odours, marks, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons:
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to return
Contact us at vuler.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide our return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it using a tracked service at your own cost.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exception: if an item arrives faulty or we have made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds.
