Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended


Shipping Time

As we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Weather or unforeseen events

  • High order volumes

Delays do not qualify for refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier

  • Stolen packages after delivery


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • Orders with incorrect addresses may not be refunded or replaced

  • If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order


Split Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
